Foothills School Division serves the educational needs of a diverse and ever-growing population in the geographic region south of the City of Calgary.  It is our mandate to ensure students are provided with school facilities and learning spaces that meet our standard of excellence through modernization of older construction and development of new schools where population demands.

In 2009, the Division's primary focus involves the modernization of Ecole Percy Pegler School in Okotoks and construction of the new "Westmount" K - 9 School in Okotoks.  These projects will permit reorganization of existing school boundaries and redistribute 600 student learning spaces.
